Tasks

Development and optimisation of baked goods as well as revision and testing of recipes, raw materials and packaging
Creation and maintenance of recipes, manufacturing instructions, guidelines, product specifications and benchmarks
Planning, execution and documentation of product developments, projects and tastings
Support of production during product launches and technical challenges
Maintenance and management of SAP recipes, master data as well as raw materials, semi-finished and finished products

Solid expertise in baked goods production, recipe development and food safety
Analytical and innovative thinking for the development and optimisation of products
Good IT user skills, especially in SAP and MS Office
Strong organisational and documentation skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
