You take responsibility for building and further developing the entire area of fundraising, patronage, sponsorship, and other business fields. In this role, you shape a strategically important field of activity with a strong focus on partnerships, stakeholder management, and the development of new business areas. At the same time, you lead and develop a committed team.
Your tasks
Strategic leadership and further development
- Building and overall responsibility for the area of fundraising, partnerships, and business development
- Strategic and financial management of all activities
- Development and implementation of an impact-oriented fundraising and partnership strategy
Fundraising and resource development
- Further development and management of all fundraising areas
- Identification and acquisition of new sponsors, partners, and supporters
- Planning, implementation, and evaluation of fundraising campaigns (online & offline)
- Development and establishment of legacy marketing
Partnerships and stakeholder management
- Building, maintaining, and strengthening long-term, strategically relevant partnerships
- Professional care and involvement of various stakeholders
- Opening up new partner segments and further development of existing cooperations
Business development
- Development and establishment of new business areas in fundraising and partnerships
- Analysis of market and development potentials
- Design and implementation of innovative offers and models
Communication and events
- Design and execution of events for relationship management
- Creation and further development of communication and presentation materials
CRM, data and process management
- Further development of the CRM system and internal processes
- Creation of data-based analyses, reports, and decision-making foundations
- Ensuring efficient and high-quality processes
Your profile
- Education: You have a university degree (or equivalent education) in marketing, communication, or a related field
- Experience: You bring several years of experience in fundraising – especially in the area of major donors and corporate partnerships
- Network: You have an established network and understand how relationship building and maintenance work effectively in fundraising
- Expertise: You have very good IT and CRM skills and quickly familiarize yourself with new systems
- Language skills: You have very good language skills in German and English
- Personality: You work analytically, structured, and team-oriented, are resilient, and enjoy meaningful work
