your tasks

• Disciplinary and professional leadership of six managers and around 30 employees
  
• Overall responsibility for paper processing with three systems including three-shift operation
  
• Continuous analysis and optimisation of processes to increase quality and efficiency
  
• Ensuring and further developing all quality, safety and environmental standards
  
• Active participation in site development as a connecting member of the management team
  

your skills

• Technical basic training with further education at the level of higher technical college, university of applied sciences or similar
  
• Several years of leadership experience in an industrial production or processing company
  
• Solid practical experience in the paper industry or related sectors as well as knowledge in Lean Management
  
• Solution-oriented working style, assertiveness and appreciative leadership attitude
  
• Business fluent German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills are an advantage
