About the job
We are looking for you for the coordination position in radiology from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement, limited until 30 September 2027, as a clerk with a workload of 50-100%.
The radiology and nuclear medicine department offers a wide range of examination methods; conventional radiology, digital fluoroscopy, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, interventional radiology, mammography, ultrasound and nuclear medicine. We work closely with referring and follow-up doctors in the canton of Schaffhausen and neighbouring regions to ensure comprehensive care. Our employees are continuously trained in parallel with technical developments.
What to expect
- Telephone and written appointment scheduling
- Administrative patient admission/case management
- Telephone information for patients and referrers
- Work at the radiology patient counter
- Coordination of the examination programme for two radiology locations
- Digital dispatch of documents and X-ray images
What you bring to us
- Training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ or other medical or commercial basic training
- Several years of professional experience
- Responsible, resilient and service-oriented personality
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
