About the job
To strengthen our small and dynamic management team, we are looking for an independent and proactive individual as a Property Manager to start immediately or by arrangement.
As a flexible and experienced team player, you will work directly on the owner’s side and manage a modern property portfolio of residential and commercial properties, which already meets the highest sustainability standards and includes many internationally renowned tenants.

Your main tasks include:
- Organisation of tenant changes
- Contract management including mutation process
- Ensuring property maintenance (including issuing orders, processing creditor invoices, and periodic property inspections)
- Preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses during monthly closing
- Debt collection (entire collection process)
- Heating and ancillary cost accounting as well as rent adjustments in cooperation with property accounting
- Providing information and handling tenant concerns
- Internal reporting
- Complete handling of damage cases
- Undertaking special tasks (e.g. project work)
You bring the following qualifications:
- Completed commercial or technical basic training
- Federal specialist certificate in property management
- Several years of professional experience in property management
- Good accounting and legal knowledge; construction knowledge is an advantage
- Confident communication in German and English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Good user knowledge of Microsoft products and ideally knowledge of GREM
- High digital affinity and interest in contributing to digitalisation
- Proven social skills in dealing/contact with tenants, employees, and service providers
- Independent working style and negotiation skills, problem recognition ability, organisational talent, resilience, and high commitment
