Senior Fiduciary Mandate Manager (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role as a Fiduciary Mandate Manager, you take professional responsibility for fiduciary mandates and ensure their professional management. After a thorough induction, you will be responsible for the areas assigned to you in fiduciary services from A to Z. You bring a Swiss federal certificate or an expert diploma and apply your know-how specifically in mandate management. Starting 1 January 2025 or by arrangement, you will take up a position where your expertise and independence are central.
Responsibilities:
- You independently manage financial accounting and prepare annual financial statements
- In this role, you advise natural and legal persons on tax matters
- As a Fiduciary Mandate Manager, you handle corporate and civil law matters
- You are responsible for payroll accounting including personnel administration
- In this role, you prepare business management evaluations for your mandates
- As a Fiduciary Mandate Manager, you invoice your own mandates and take on assignments in outsourcing mandates as needed
Qualifications:
- You have several years of experience in a similar environment
- You work precisely, independently and reliably
- You are flexible and can cope well with change
- You bring organisational skills and work performance-oriented
- You quickly grasp complex issues and provide comprehensive client support
