With state-of-the-art technology and innovative design, we produce high-tech packaging machines and develop solutions for the pharmaceutical industry that are used worldwide by our customers. In this responsible position, you will be part of a small, dynamic team. Together, you ensure the preparation, analysis and interpretation of financial and company data.

Your role in our team

• Support with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Participation in budgeting, forecasting and planning processes
• Creation and preparation of reports, KPIs and management analyses
• Analysis of costs, revenues and profitability as well as preparation of ad-hoc evaluations and decision-making bases for management
• Conducting target-actual comparisons and variance analyses
• Ensuring data quality and plausibility checks of financial data
• Further development and maintenance of dashboards and controlling evaluations
• Collaboration in the optimisation of controlling processes and reporting tools

Your profile

You are a team-oriented personality with an analytical mindset and a strong understanding of numbers. You enjoy working with AI-supported solutions and digital tools. Thanks to your responsible, discreet and structured way of working, you keep an overview even in demanding situations.

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Further training in finance or controlling is an advantage
• Initial professional experience in controlling, finance or accounting
• Solid user knowledge of MS Excel, ideally Power BI, as well as experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and reporting tools
• Confident German and good English skills, both spoken and written
