Clinic Manager for Central Switzerland 100%
Central Switzerland Permanent Employment Contract
TASKS
- Independent execution of high-quality dental treatments.
- Professional and personal leadership of the dental team.
- Support, coaching, and promotion of dentists in their professional development.
- Ensuring high-quality patient care in compliance with our quality standards.
- Close collaboration with clinic management for the continuous development of the clinic.
- Participation in the recruitment, onboarding, and integration of new dentists.
- Promotion of a positive team culture as well as open and appreciative cooperation.
- Analysis and optimisation of clinical processes and implementation of improvement measures.
- Responsibility for achieving the qualitative and economic goals of the clinic.
PROFILE
- Completed dental studies with Swiss recognition (MEBEKO).
- Valid professional practice licence or the requirements to obtain one.
- Several years of professional experience as a dentist.
- Initial leadership experience is an advantage; motivated individuals with leadership potential are also welcome.
- High social competence and enjoyment in leading and developing employees.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and sense of responsibility.
- Strong communication skills and team orientation.
- Very good German skills; additional languages are an advantage.
