Your Tasks
You prepare healthy, varied, and age-appropriate meals for our residents and staff as well as for external guests. You actively assist in maintaining order and cleanliness and support compliance with hygiene regulations. You use the operating resources appropriately and economically.
In the role of Deputy Head of Kitchen, you support the Head of Kitchen in all areas (kitchen, restaurant, and stations) and take on the representation in organization, personnel management, and administration. Supporting the training of our apprentices rounds off your area of responsibility.

- Qualification as a diet cook is an advantage
