Responsibilities:
- Development and design of machines and mechanical components
- Carrying out calculations, simulations and tests to evaluate designs
- Creation of technical drawings, specifications and documentation
- Participation in the selection and integration of components and systems
- Optimisation of existing products in terms of performance and efficiency
- Close collaboration with internal departments and external suppliers
Qualifications:
- Degree in mechanical engineering or comparable qualification
- Solid knowledge in the design and development of machines and systems
- Confident use of CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD)
- Experience in the application of calculation and simulation tools
- Good knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines in mechanical engineering
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team
