What is my role?

• Procurement of spare parts and tools for the construction technology sector

• Supplying technicians in the field service with required materials

• Monitoring delivery dates, backlogs, and shipments

• Proactive communication with customers about the status of their orders

• Smart resolution of bottlenecks and identification of suitable spare part alternatives

• Maintenance and updating of inventory, prices, and technical documentation

• Clarification of technical questions

• Support of the service team in daily operations

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical or commercial training - further training as a technical clerk is an advantage

• Initial experience in spare parts service or technical environment

• Technical understanding and quick comprehension

• Service-oriented and structured way of working

• Team spirit and enjoyment of collaboration
