As an electrician, you take responsibility for the reliable assurance of the operational daily business in the field of technical building management.
Your main tasks:
- Operation and monitoring of technical systems
- Control and inspection rounds of technical systems and on premises
- Documentation of defects and implementation of necessary measures to remedy them
- Planning and execution of inspections and maintenance
- Creation and updating of object and system documentation
- First interventions and fault analyses
- Obtaining quotes and accompanying third-party companies
Your profile:
- Completed apprenticeship as an electrician or in the HVAC field
- Connection permit Art. 15 NIV is mandatory
- Professional experience in a similar role in a demanding customer segment
- Flexibility and resilience with good organizational skills
- Willingness to work irregular shifts and on-call duty
- Solid IT user skills
