- General secretarial tasks (telephone, reception, agendas, material management)
- Specific parish office tasks (maintaining parish registers, issuing church documents and others)
- Collaboration on the local parish newsletter for the Rickenbach district
- Maintaining the literature stand and the notice board
- Accepting reservations for rooms
- Taking minutes at team meetings
- Material management
Requirements
- Commercial basic training
- Good knowledge of Office programs
- Confident use of the German language
- Independent and structured way of working
- Positive attitude towards the Roman Catholic Church
- Enjoyment in dealing with people
