Aluwag AG is a leading industrial company in the development and manufacture of high-quality aluminium casting solutions for demanding applications. To strengthen our finance team, we are looking for an experienced, reliable, and independently working individual for a part-time position.

Your tasks

• Independent management of accounts payable including payment transactions• Collaboration in accounts receivable and dunning processes• Posting of bank and cash vouchers as well as account reconciliations• Preparation of VAT DE & CH monthly and quarterly• Maintenance of master data in the ERP system• Close cooperation with internal interfaces• Operational support in HR (time recording, administrative tasks such as personnel changes)

Your profile

Completed commercial basic training

Several years of experience in finance and accounting

Further training in accounting is an advantage

Precise, structured and independent working style

High reliability and sense of responsibility

Discretion and ability to work in a team
