- After an onboarding in the area of software and licenses, you will take responsibility for providing our customers with service-oriented, professional, and tailored expert advice in this product group. This will be done via email, phone, and chat.
- The processing of customer orders and inquiries via email, phone, and chat is done securely, with the flawless execution also being part of your responsibilities.
- You will provide information about prices and availability of products as well as about our e-shop.
- You maintain close collaboration with internal interfaces (customer service, purchasing, accounting, etc.).
- Having an understanding of market offers and the ability to offer customers attractive alternatives from our range.
- Helpful teammates and a supervisor who is always there for you and allows you to work independently.

- You have acquired your sales skills through a completed training in retail or a similar field.
