• Support in daily business such as document processing, incoming/outgoing mail and appointment organisation
• Handling administrative tasks as well as maintaining customer data
• Assistance with account openings, payment transactions and general banking services
• Responsible handling of sensitive information and data, especially compliance with banking secrecy

Requirements

• Commercial qualification EFZ in the banking sector
• Several years of professional experience in banking
• Exemplary interaction with internal and external customers
• Very good language skills in German, French and English
• Confident use of digital applications and openness to new tools
• Resilient/flexible/team player and able to work independently
