Team Leader Rail Service 100% (m/f/d)
The steepest cog railway in the world as your new workplace? This can become a reality immediately or by arrangement. We are looking for a committed individual whose heart beats for the mountain world, who enjoys working outdoors, has manual skills, and takes pleasure in taking responsibility for a small team.
What you can achieve
- Professional leadership and supervision of 3 employees
- Ensuring that the route of the steepest cog railway can be operated safely for the coming decades
- Multi-year planning for route maintenance
- Execution and monitoring of inspection, maintenance, and repair work on the route and surroundings
- Planning, management, and documentation of technical operational and maintenance work
- Compliance with legal, technical, and operational regulations as well as work instructions
- Responsibility for occupational safety and health protection in rail service
- Instruction of employees and third parties during work on the track and railway
- Locomotive driver category B60
- Driving traction vehicles during the peak season to fulfil minimum driving practice

- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and assertiveness
- Flexibility and willingness for assignments outside operating hours (at night) as well as on weekends and public holidays
- Very good physical condition, resilience, and freedom from vertigo
- Unrestricted colour vision
- German language skills at native level and good English skills
- Flexibility for seasonal operation
