Head of Warehouse & Logistics (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Professional and personnel management of the warehouse and logistics team

• Control of processes in goods receipt, storage, order picking and shipping

• Ensuring an efficient and timely material flow

• Close coordination with internal interfaces such as purchasing, assembly and spare parts sales

• Promotion and development of employees as well as continuous optimisation of logistics processes

• Participation in operational day-to-day business

What do I need to be successful?

• Several years of experience in warehouse logistics as well as proven leadership experience

• Good knowledge in controlling logistics processes and handling SAP

• Strong organisational talent and leadership skills as well as enjoyment of practical work

• Valid forklift licence

• Structured, independent and responsible working style

• Flexible, team-oriented and solution-focused personality
