ICT Service Manager

Are you ready to help shape the digital transformation? As the ICT service and competence centre of the cantonal administration of Graubünden, we support our departments with a secure basic infrastructure and advanced applications. Together with you, we will advance the digital transformation of the canton of Graubünden.
We as Office for Information Technology are therefore looking for an ICT Service Manager to start immediately or by arrangement
- You advise our customers on ICT services and record their needs
- You are the central interface between our administrative units and ICT operations and monitor compliance with service levels
- You analyse incidents, problems and changes and derive measures
- You are responsible for licence management and further develop it
- You ensure that solutions are both customer-oriented and standard-compliant
- You create reports, key figures and other decision-making bases
- A qualification or further training in computer science or several years of experience in a comparable role
- Sound practical knowledge of ITIL processes as well as experience with ITSM tools
- High customer orientation, a pronounced quality awareness and a strong communicative presence
- Initiative and good perseverance as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working as a team player
- Good knowledge of German, both spoken and written
