Job Description
Within the Cybersecurity pre-sales team, you participate in pre-sales phases, from defining the response strategy to designing and implementing security projects around the "Vigilance" SOC & VOC/CERT/Threat intelligence services for large companies. You will have the opportunity to train and certify through global programmes or security partners and to work on:
- Writing responses to tenders and leading the defence of our proposals
- Supporting sales teams through technical presentations and POCs
- Defining the response strategy (SOC/CERT/Threat intelligence) based on our offerings, and ensuring the technical coherence of the response according to client needs
- Leading and arbitrating client issues in connection with the account's commercial management and the head of the cyber defence centre (7 Cyber Defence Centres worldwide)
- Defining the technical and organisational directions of the cyber defence offering in partnership with the heads of the cyber defence centres
- Establishing and maintaining privileged relationships with various local and global partners.
- Participating in external communication through presentations at French or international events, writing White Papers or Blueprints
- Proposing improvement areas and evolution strategies to the heads of the cyber defence centres to advance the roadmap
- Actively participating in the roadmap for the SOC, CERT and Cyber Threat Intelligence offering and its implementation
- Occasionally participating in and supporting our clients in SOC project delivery, acting as a security topic referent
Job Description - Grade Specific
Graduated with a Bac+5 level degree specialising in IT security professions, you already have at least 5 years’ experience in the SOC and pre-sales domain.
With excellent interpersonal skills, you are able to:
- Identify a need or problem, understand it and provide the appropriate response
- Analyse requirements, write a response to a specification, and frame a project
- Have good writing skills in French and English
- Have knowledge of SOC operations (offensive and defensive perspectives) and incident response, notably SOC/SIEM/SOAR components, End-Point Security, VOC, CTI
- Have knowledge of defensive security architectures and Cyber Defence organisation
- Be able to withstand pressure
- Have the ability to report and simplify for non-technical audiences
- Have a strong ethical sense
- Be results-oriented, rigorous, have good interpersonal skills, strong analytical ability and solid writing skills. You know how to work both in a team and autonomously and demonstrate curiosity, dynamism and initiative
- Have a good understanding of issues related to fixed-price and agile mode projects
