Professional, personnel and organisational responsibility for 19 operating theatres in buildings 03 & 07A
Ensuring quality under professional, legal, economic and quality-relevant aspects
Close interdisciplinary collaboration with all involved professional groups and departments
Participation in the strategic and operational further development of entrepreneurial and area-specific projects

Training as a certified operating room nurse or as a certified specialist in surgical technology HF with several years of professional experience in an acute hospital
Solid management training and several years of leadership experience
Optimistic and independent personality with communicative skills, a winning manner as well as implementation and assertiveness strength
Positive attitude to actively participate in change processes
High social competence with solution-oriented approaches
