This practice is looking for a medical director starting autumn/winter 2026 in an 80-100% role. You can look forward to good structures and a diverse client base that you will take over. The team consists of two other doctors as well as around 10 MPAs.

Your tasks:

• Leading the general medical consultation with a diverse patient base
• You take responsibility for the medical management and maintain close contact with the practice management
• You enjoy imparting specialist knowledge and gladly support assistant doctors on their learning path
• You enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration and networking with external partners

Your skills:

• You are a specialist in General Internal Medicine with experience in general practice
• You enjoy business topics and gladly take responsibility for the development of the practice
• You communicate appropriately and appreciatively and support your patients and your team with passion
• In hectic situations, you can keep a cool head and maintain a clear overview
