Your Impact
• You build sustainable customer relationships and support our clients in corporate transactions, especially in conducting buyer- and seller-side due diligence projects as well as in sales processes and complex carve-out situations.
• You take responsibility for the analysis of income statements, cash flow statements, and balance sheets, with a strong focus on analyzing and understanding the key value drivers of the target companies.
• You and your team will base the analyses heavily on new Data & Analytics tools, helping our clients make informed decisions.
• You take responsibility in various projects in Switzerland and Europe and work with diverse teams and experts.
• You work independently and enjoy leading employees on projects and actively promote their development.
• You develop your technical know-how and soft skills through various trainings and are supported by your coach in your personal and professional development.
• You will be part of a high-performing team and work in an exciting and challenging environment with international colleagues.
Your Skill Set
• You have a master's degree in business administration, finance, or natural sciences (e.g., mathematics, engineering, technology) from a university or college. Additional qualifications (such as CPA, CFA) are an advantage.
• You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in transaction services, corporate finance/M&A, or similar fields, including at least 2 years as a manager.
• You have a strong interest in strategic issues, finance, and mergers & acquisitions, a flair for numbers, and bring your own ideas and experience.
• You have excellent communication skills and speak fluent German and English (French is an advantage).
• You are characterized by strong analytical skills and solid accounting knowledge, are resilient, and act as a team player.
• You are a flexible, motivated personality with a pronounced service orientation.
