System Engineer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF78,000 - 98,000Role:

Responsibilities:
- You take on the timely and cost-effective planning and implementation of IT and communication projects.
- You work with MS Windows server environments including Active Directory, terminal servers, and relevant applications.
- You implement and operate server and client infrastructures in virtual and on-premise environments as well as associated network, firewall, and backup systems.
- In this role, you advise diverse customers on suitable ICT solutions and their further development.
- You are responsible for the operation and optimisation of internet access, wireless LAN, cyber security, and communication servers (on premise and hosted).
- As an IT system engineering engineer, you undertake software implementations, support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of monitoring systems.
Qualifications:
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ, FH, or an equivalent qualification
- Strong team spirit and enjoyment of collaboration
- Open and confident communication with customers
- Resilient and composed, even with complex challenges
- Independent, responsible working style as well as a high willingness to learn and develop
- Willingness to take on on-call duty if required
