Finovo is the reference partner for managing mortgages intended for pension funds, insurance companies and investment foundations in Switzerland. We enable institutional investors to invest directly in mortgages. A young and fast-growing company, we are a 100% subsidiary of MoneyPark SA and now manage a mortgage volume of more than six billion francs. Our priority: efficiency and digitalised mortgage management.

As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a Mortgage Credit Officer to strengthen our team. You will play a central role in analysing and validating real estate financing files, while working closely with our advisors and financial partners.

Your responsibilities

• Analyse the compliance of mortgage financing requests and assess their feasibility for various clients
• Expertise in complex situations and contribute to the continuous improvement of credit processes.
• Management of new volumes, renewals and risks
• Communication - Work closely with mortgage advisors and financial partners to find suitable financing solutions.
• Development & responsibilities - With your experience in the mortgage field, you will evolve towards a controller role and take on the second verification of credit applications.

Requirements

What you bring:

• At least 5 years of experience in credit analysis and/or the mortgage field
• A good sense of numbers, risks and opportunities
• Excellent command of French spoken and written; English and other national languages are an asset
• Team spirit – you are reliable, autonomous and actively committed
• Analytical personality with a high level of quality standards
• Ease in relationships and a sense of contact with clients and partners
