About the job

• you take over print data
• you plan and prepare the production
• you set up printing systems and peripheral devices
• you produce a wide variety of print products (brochures, booklets, magazines, flyers, etc.) on the most modern, highly precise, electronically controlled machines
• you monitor the printing process and troubleshoot
• you check the quality
• you clean and maintain the printing machines and systems (maintenance)

• you have completed elementary school, highest school level:
  Canton Solothurn Sek E or Sek P, Canton Bern Secondary Level I, Level S (secondary school)
• you can express yourself well in German (spoken and written)
• you have a good technical understanding
• you have an interest in handling electronic controls, devices, and IT  
• you enjoy working in a team
• you are physically fit
• you have very good vision and color differentiation ability
• you are adaptable and learn quickly
