To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and solution-oriented personality as a Tender Specialist / Specialist in Tender Management. In this responsible role, you will coordinate and process tenders – from identifying suitable opportunities, creating complete offers in collaboration with internal interfaces, to support after submission. Furthermore, you will actively contribute to the strategic and operational development of the tender management area. You optimise processes, establish efficient working methods, and help continuously expand standards, interfaces, and control instruments.
- You search for and identify relevant tenders, analyse tender documents, and assess financial, technical, and administrative requirements
- You evaluate participation requirements, opportunities, and risks of a tender
- You coordinate the complete processing of tenders in close cooperation with internal departments – from the initial review to timely submission
- You monitor deadlines, milestones, and open points and ensure timely delivery
- You take on administrative tasks related to international customer projects, especially in tenders and offer processes
- You recognise improvement potentials and continuously develop our internal tender processes
Requirements
- Completed commercial training, a business degree, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in handling customer projects, offer preparation, or tender management
- You like people as much as numbers and think entrepreneurially and solution-oriented
- Strong communication skills and the ability to understand customer needs and implement them in a structured way
- Good organisational and analytical skills as well as proactivity and a high sense of responsibility
- Experience working with interdisciplinary teams and coordinating various stakeholders
- You bring humour, positivity, and motivation and are eager to make a difference
- Very good German and English skills; French is a great advantage
