We operate 7 bakery specialty shops with café in the Solothurn-Burgdorf region. To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a person with a lot of implementation drive and enthusiasm as a Branch Manager in Langendorf. In the shopping center Ladedorf Langendorf, we run a bakery shop with an adjacent café.

As a Branch Manager/Sales Café, you can expect a variety of tasks:
- Serving guests in the café
- Advising and selling in the store
- Implementing inventory management
- Washing and cleaning tasks
As a leader, you are additionally responsible for the following tasks:
- Organizing and planning work assignments
- Implementing the hygiene concept HACCP
- Leading the team
- Managing a branch according to the concept and budget guidelines
- Representing your branch within the company
To take on these tasks, you need to bring a backpack with some prerequisites. In addition to your efficient and motivating work style, the following experiences and qualities are particularly important:
- You have a basic education and experience as a retail specialist or restaurant specialist.
- You have basic knowledge of baked goods.
