Your tasks
- Accompanying our employees in the work area and individual support in personal competence development
- Process responsibility and networking with internal and external bodies
- Responsibility for one or more work groups and deputising
Your profile
- Completed craft or technical apprenticeship (EFZ) as well as further training in work agogics with federal specialist certificate (BP)
- Experience in working with and supporting people with a mental
impairment - Flexibility and ability to empathetically respond to constantly changing situations and personalities
- Confident handling of MS Office and documentation software
- Driving licence category B
