Spitex Wettingen-Neuenhof AG is a modern, future-oriented service company. With around 85 employees, we are responsible for outpatient assistance and home care in the municipalities of Wettingen and Neuenhof (approx. 31,000 inhabitants).
As a training and apprenticeship company, we train in the professions of Health Specialist EFZ, Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH as well as Commercial Clerk EFZ.

We are looking for a
Team Leader Somatics 80-100%
Your Tasks
- Professional, personnel and organisational leadership of an interprofessional nursing team
- Responsibility for needs-based, high-quality and economical service delivery
- Ensuring and further developing quality standards according to company guidelines
- Responsibility for planning, reviewing and controlling working hours, performance recording and productivity as well as conducting appraisal and development discussions
- Co-designing and implementing projects for the further development of Spitex care
- Planning, leading and moderating team meetings and discussions
- Willingness to take on nursing assignments to support the team
Your Profile
- Completed training as a qualified nursing specialist HF/FH
- Completed further training in leadership or corresponding leadership experience is an advantage
- High degree of independence, sense of responsibility and decision-making ability
- Organisational talent as well as a structured and solution-oriented working method
- Strong communication skills, empathy and enjoyment in working with people
- Warm and humorous basic attitude
