Job Description

• Preparation and production of various bakery products.
• Preparation of doughs, shaping, fermentation, and baking.
• Ensuring the quality and freshness of products.
• Adhering to hygiene and food safety standards.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth production operations.

• Proven experience in bakery, essential.
• Good knowledge of bakery techniques.
• Knowledge of pastry is a real asset.
• Autonomy, rigour, and motivation.
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
