YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Leadership and further development of the production planning, production control, and material disposition teams with approx. 35 employees
- Responsible for all internal measures in the area of production planning & control to prepare and support our national and international customer projects
- Creation and definition of capacities and material requirements in close coordination with internal departments
- Ensuring a continuous improvement approach in the internal and external supply chain and initiating corresponding measures
- Participation in strategic project and production planning
- You promote creativity, independence, and a positive working atmosphere
- By efficiently using resources, you ensure compliance with budget, quality, and time requirements and continuously optimize processes
- You make a significant contribution to warehouse management by ensuring demand-oriented material disposition
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed studies (university/FH) or completed technical training with similarly qualified further education
- Relevant professional experience in production planning, control, and supply chain management
- You are used to working in a demanding work environment and adapting your leadership style to the respective situation
- Advanced user knowledge in MS Excel and SAP knowledge are advantageous
- Language skills: German level C1 and business fluent English in spoken and written form
- Confidence in dealing with internal and external stakeholders as well as a confident appearance across all hierarchy levels of the company
- You are accustomed to giving presentations to employees, supervisors, and management
- Management-level reporting is standard for you
