Our ERP is the operational backbone of our company at BLACKROLL®. It is our central system of record and forms the basis for clean processes, reliable data, and smooth workflows in daily business.
As ERP Operations & Systems Owner, you take operational responsibility for ERP processes, data quality, and system stability in daily business.
Your focus is on stability, standardization, and scalability – not on product strategy or architectural decisions.
Product vision, prioritization, and system architecture lie with the Senior Product Owner and the technical leads.
You ensure that the ERP operates reliably in daily operations – today and with a view to our growth.
You work at the interface between departments and technology and ensure that processes are mapped cleanly, consistently, and efficiently in the system.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You take operational responsibility for ERP processes and their reliable mapping in daily business.
• You ensure stability, data quality, and consistency of our ERP as a system of record.
• You take operational responsibility for the stable and correct mapping of order-to-cash, returns, and correction processes in the ERP.
• You ensure the clean mapping of inventories, goods movements, and warehouse structures.
• You are responsible for the quality and structure of our master data (items, customers, companies, warehouses).
• You ensure the system-side correct mapping of finance-relevant ERP processes and booking logics.
• You support the development and further advancement of ERP-related KPIs and process monitoring to make stability and scalability measurable.
• You identify operational weaknesses and actively drive standardization and continuous improvement.
• You work closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and departments – with a clear focus on operational excellence, not product strategy.

Your Profile

• You bring solid ERP know-how with strong technical understanding.
• You have experience in operational responsibility for ERP-centered processes.
• You understand end-to-end processes across system boundaries and think in clean process chains.
• You have a pronounced understanding of data quality, process logic, and system stability.
• You work structured, analytically, and solution-oriented.
• You feel comfortable in a role with clear operational ownership and process responsibility.
• You combine technical understanding with operational practice.
