This is what you can achieve.

• As part of the service and cleaning team, you ensure cleanliness and order in and around the station, contributing to a pleasant travel experience.
• This includes emptying rubbish bins, removing litter, cleaning glass surfaces and ashtray areas, as well as track cleaning.
• Under guidance, you carry out special cleaning such as surface, window and high-pressure cleaning and remove chewing gum.
• You remedy detected defects or faults with suitable means or report them to the responsible department.
• If you have questions, you assist travellers in and around the station with information.
• You use vehicles, cleaning machines and work equipment in accordance with regulations and ensure their proper care and maintenance.

This is what you bring with you.

• You work independently, reliably and customer-oriented, communicate clearly in direct contact with travellers and appreciate strong team cohesion.
• You are confident in using digital work tools such as smartphones and enjoy practical work with a manual focus.
• Several years of professional experience in cleaning, facility services or hospitality as well as a category B driving licence complete your profile.
• You are attentive, focused and physically resilient to successfully perform the demanding work in a 24-hour shift operation. In addition, you enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• You see irregular working hours, weekend shifts and shift work as an opportunity for flexible leisure time management.
• You have at least B1 level German, ideally B2 level.
