You enjoy supporting your team both professionally & personally. Together with your team, you bring a smile to our guests' faces. To professionalise your barista skills, we occasionally offer external barista courses, which you can then immediately put into practice.Your colourful buffet:
- Operational responsibility & troubleshooting for the business during your shift
- Scheduling, leading & coaching about 4 employees per shift
- Active participation in daily operations
- Preparing daily accounts including day-end closing
- Daily completion of minor administrative tasks
- Ordering & goods receipt including delivery note checks
- Recording the monthly inventory
