Then we are looking for you to realign our education department as
Dipl. Nurse HF (m/f/d) as Education Manager 60 – 100%
Your area of responsibility:
- Managing the training processes
- Leading trainers and instructors
- Supporting HF students and FaGe learners on their educational path
- Designing and supporting learning sequences (TT, learning afternoons, etc.) with trainers and instructors
- Supporting qualification procedures, competency assessments, and IPA
- Conducting assessment and qualification discussions
- Networking with cooperation partners such as ZAG, OdA, other healthcare providers, etc.

What you bring with you:
- Diploma as a Nurse HF
- Experience in Spitex and case management
- Trainer FA qualification or an equivalent vocational pedagogical training with approx. 600 learning hours
- Motivation to help shape things rather than just follow along
- Enjoyment in working with young people
