At Landhaus Gastro, we combine lively À-la-carte and banquet cuisine with enjoyable care gastronomy.
Your area of responsibility
You support our kitchen team from the À-la-carte and banquet kitchen in the restaurants Le Clou and Bären, through the production kitchen to the care gastronomy at Landhaus. You carefully and joyfully prepare À-la-carte dishes as well as daily menus, keep an overview, and consistently implement hygiene, safety, and quality guidelines (HACCP). Your workplaces are Neuenegg and Frauenkappelen.
What you bring with you
You have completed training as a cook EFZ? You work reliably and cleanly, are team-oriented, and bring initiative and commitment? You enjoy varied assignments and have solid German language skills? Great, then we would like to get to know you.
