- Ensuring clean and standardised configurations
- Support of assigned customers as Leading System Engineer
- Analysis and resolution of complex faults and error patterns
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
- Active role in the development and definition of standards
- Support in requirements analysis and solution design for our customers.
- Active participation in knowledge management
- Solid knowledge and experience in at least two of the following areas: Server, Storage, M365, Virtualisation (VMware), Data Protection (Veeam)
- Service- and customer-oriented team player
- High quality awareness as well as initiative and personal responsibility
- Good German (native level) and English skills complete your profile

Responsibilities
- Implementation of IT solutions in project and operational environments- Ensuring clean and standardised configurations
- Support of assigned customers as Leading System Engineer
- Analysis and resolution of complex faults and error patterns
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
- Active role in the development and definition of standards
- Support in requirements analysis and solution design for our customers.
- Active participation in knowledge management
Profile
- Completed training in computer science (system technology/platform development) and at least 3-5 years of experience in the relevant field- Solid knowledge and experience in at least two of the following areas: Server, Storage, M365, Virtualisation (VMware), Data Protection (Veeam)
- Service- and customer-oriented team player
- High quality awareness as well as initiative and personal responsibility
- Good German (native level) and English skills complete your profile
