What to expect
- Accompanying and managing complex benefit cases with extended incapacity for work in the daily sickness benefits and UVG (accident insurance) area – from early assessment to sustainable professional reintegration
- Developing, implementing and reviewing individual reintegration and support plans with clear priorities and a consistent focus on effectiveness
- Coordinating and networking relevant stakeholders (e.g. insured persons, employers, medical professionals) as well as close collaboration with internal and external parties
- Organising and moderating demanding clarification, status and roundtable discussions with all involved parties, ensuring clear roles, expectations and next steps
What you bring
- Completed basic training (e.g. commercial or medical) as well as further education in Case Management (CAS) or in the field of social insurance
- Several years of experience in Case Management or in supporting complex benefit or personal cases in the daily sickness benefits and/or UVG environment
- Very good knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system as well as interconnected thinking beyond insurance boundaries
- Strong social skills with a lot of empathy as well as a solution-oriented and pragmatic attitude, even in demanding situations
- Independent and structured working style, high personal responsibility as well as willingness for regular on-site meetings with insured persons and employers in the Canton of Graubünden, regional roots in GR desirable, and confident German language skills, Italian an advantage
