Tasks
- Lead the ZTP scheduling team (3-5 staff) operationally and technically.
- Ensure smooth operations for ZTP staff assignments across USB.
- Manage scheduling plans and support department development initiatives.
Skills
- Diploma in nursing or similar medical training, business training preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office; fluent in German required, languages a plus.
- Team-oriented personality with independent work style and service mindset.

What you can achieve
- Operational and professional management of the ZTP dispatch (3-5 employees)
- Ensuring a smooth process in the placement of ZTP employees throughout USB
- Taking over back office/front office tasks in the dispatch team
- Responsible for creating the deployment plans of the dispatch team
- Supporting the ZTP management in the further development of the department
- Taking over specialist tasks and projects in coordination with the ZTP management
What you bring with you
- Certified nurse, comparable medical training, business management training is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable function, leadership experience is an advantage
- Proficient use of MS Office desired
- Confident German language skills are required, foreign language skills (French and English) are an advantage
- Team-oriented personality with an independent working style, networked thinking and high service orientation
