As part of our growth, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed and professionally competent person as: Clerk in Quotation Management (100%) Together with the Head of Quotation Management, you prepare quotations and gradually take independent responsibility for their processing and handling. In doing so, you coordinate the preparation of the offer documents and ensure the timely compliance with all dates and deadlines within the framework of tender procedures. Your tasks: • Independent processing of tenders and customer enquiries • Preparation of quotations for new construction, conversion and renovation projects • Calculation of electrical installations based on plans, specifications and estimates • Determination of material, labour and external service costs • Obtaining and comparing supplier and subcontractor quotations • Support of project managers in offer processing and submissions • Technical and commercial examination of tender documents • Maintenance and management of calculation and quotation data • Follow-up of price lists and calculation bases • Support in the handover of won projects to project management • Telephone and written contact with clients, planners, suppliers and internal specialist departments Your profile: • Completed training as an electrical installer EFZ, electrical planner EFZ or commercial clerk with experience in the electrical industry • Experience in calculation and quotation processing of electrical installations • Good knowledge of NPK submissions as well as reading electrical plans and tenders • Experience with calculation programmes (e.g. ElektroForm, Messerli an advantage) • Confident handling of Microsoft Office • Reliable and independent working style • Communication skills and ability to work in a team We offer: • Versatile and responsible activity in a dynamic environment   • Professional induction into our processes and professional support     • Scope for design and personal responsibility • Promotion of professional and personal development • Motivated and collegial team • Opportunity to contribute to a growing company • Modern office facilities and top infrastructure We need your ENERGY 6 Start your career at ElektroLife!
