The Reformed Parish of Rümlang is a place where people come together for services, celebrations and events. To ensure everyone feels welcome and the occasions are well prepared, we need people who help with heart and practical skills.
Your area of responsibility:
- You cover holiday and absence replacements by arrangement
- You prepare the church and rooms for services, celebrations and events and tidy them up afterwards
- You welcome visitors and accompany the events on site
- You operate the sound system and the bell ringing and check their function
- You carry out cleaning work as well as minor caretaker and maintenance tasks
What you bring:
- You like to get stuck in, work reliably and see where support is needed.
- You are handy and work independently
- You meet people openly and attentively and bring respect for services and church celebrations
- You can also take shifts by arrangement at weekends
What to expect:
- A role that enables services and encounters in the parish
- Versatile assignments around people, rooms and technology
- Shift planning by arrangement
- A workload of approx. 10 % with a maximum of 210 working hours per year
