The ski lifts of Télé Villars-Gryon-Diablerets SA and its catering company AltiRest SA, which now operates six establishments in the heart of the ski area, are looking for their future Experienced Restaurant Manager (M/F) on a 100% permanent contract.

Created two years ago, AltiRest SA is experiencing sustained growth and continues its expansion in the ski area. By joining our team, you will take operational responsibility for an establishment and ensure its smooth running in close collaboration with the branch director, particularly for administrative, financial, strategic, and human resources aspects.

Your mission:

• Service management: Ensure the smooth running of services, including during special events or private bookings

• Staff supervision: Oversee the existing team: organise schedules, allocate roles, motivate and monitor performance

• Financial management: Manage purchases and stock according to the allocated budget

• Quality of customer experience: Guarantee impeccable reception, handle feedback and ensure an optimal customer experience

• Hygiene and compliance: Ensure adherence to internal procedures, hygiene standards and food safety regulations

• Recruitment: Actively participate in recruiting, integrating and training seasonal and permanent staff

• Operational coordination: Liaise with management, suppliers, technical teams and ski area partners

Profile sought:

• Proven experience in restaurant management, ideally in an alpine environment, resort or high-traffic establishment.
• Good knowledge of the region and local cuisine is an asset.
• Excellent team management and communication skills
• Comfortable with the administrative management of an establishment.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with seasonal activity peaks
• Hospitality management licence is an asset
• Excellent command of French; English or German are an advantage.
• Good stress resistance and ability to work at altitude.
