About the job
We are looking for a
Care Pool Employee (Flexible Workload)
To support our care teams during busy periods or in case of short-term staff shortages, we are seeking flexible, motivated, and competent individuals for our care pool. Would you like to choose your assignments flexibly and continue to actively use your care skills? Then you are a perfect fit for us.
Your tasks:
- Assignments to support our teams during staff shortages – hourly, daily, or by arrangement
- Responsibility for effective, resident-oriented care (according to training level)
- Support in the daily care and support process
- Collaboration in various teams and areas, depending on experience and skills
- Ensuring good cooperation in shift work
Your profile:
- Completed training in care or support
(e.g. Registered Nurse HF, Health Specialist EFZ, AGS, SRK Care Assistant) - Experience in long-term and/or acute care is an advantage
- Quick comprehension and enjoyment of varied assignments
- Empathy and understanding for elderly people, including those with dementia
- Flexibility, openness, and motivation to engage with new teams and situations
- German language skills, spoken and written
- PC user skills are desirable
