What is my role?

• Customer care: Advise and support existing customers

• New customer acquisition: Acquire new customers and exploit market potential

• Deployment planning: Check and coordinate crane operations on site

• Quotations: Prepare offers, confirm orders and follow up

• ?? Project control: Keep an eye on deadlines, processes and profitability

• ? Permits: Clarify with authorities and offices and obtain permits

What do I need to be successful?

• Customer focus: Enjoy customer contact and have a strong service orientation

• Education: Basic technical training, further training is an advantage

• Experience: Professional experience in a similar role is an advantage

• Personality: Independent, resilient, communicative and motivated

• Motivation: Enjoy the profession and willingness to learn new things

• Driving licence: Category B
