About the job
Integrated within the Watchmaking and Jewellery Supply Chain Division team, you assist in implementing the finished product packaging strategy across the entire Supply Chain. You ensure product availability in warehouses and points of sale and manage stock and supplies in line with the team’s objectives.
As such, your role revolves around the following activities:
DOWNSTREAM ACTIVITIES COORDINATION
You calculate distribution plans to the regions and execute them in close collaboration with Sales Administration (ADV) and the world regions (Asia, US, Japan, Europe, UK).
You coordinate shipments between suppliers and warehouses to provide market visibility.
You regularly monitor packaging stock levels with the regions and identify appropriate rebalancing actions.
In collaboration with the ADV and transport teams, you contribute to managing the 3PL provider’s performance by strengthening indicators and adjusting objectives.
UPSTREAM ACTIVITIES COORDINATION
You calculate purchasing needs and contribute to supply plans in close collaboration with partners.
Establish KPIs to monitor delivery performance.
You lead partners during monthly portfolio and performance review meetings.
In collaboration with legal teams, you will ensure that all supplier framework documents are established, up to date, and signed by both parties.
PROJECTS:
You participate in improving and analysing the Supply Chain Packaging Division’s KPIs to share results and identify areas for improvement.
You take part in redesigning the Packaging Book for markets and boutiques in collaboration with Marketing and Retail teams.
You contribute to creating a packaging materials reporting tool as part of the annual carbon footprint calculation.
You participate in the project to implement packaging stock tracking in boutiques worldwide (RFID).
Profile:
Graduated from an engineering school (Master’s), you have an interest in Supply Chain, initial professional experience where you demonstrated proficiency in IT tools (Excel and VBA, Power BI, ERP), knowledge of Anaplan would be a real plus.
You have a problem-solving mindset and strong analytical skills. You are recognised for your rigour, perseverance, autonomy, and good interpersonal skills.
You speak and write English fluently.
Contract and Duration: 6 months
Location: Geneva, Switzerland
