In spring 2021, the new residential and care centre Tertianum Giessenturm in Dübendorf opened its doors. The impressive high-rise is located in an urban area and is part of the Giessen site. There are 80 modern senior apartments as well as 60 rooms in the care department. Amenities also include a public bistro, physiotherapy, massage, and a hair salon.

Health Specialist EFZ for the in-house Spitex up to 40%

Your tasks

• Holistic care and nursing of guests in accordance with our nursing care model and the nursing process

• Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone)

• Participation in the implementation of the nursing process and taking over primary nursing

• Leading case discussions and nursing reports

• Close collaboration and evaluation of guest situations with the responsible Spitex person and the nursing team

Your profile

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ

• Experience in long-term care and Spitex is an advantage

• interRAI-HC and CareCoach knowledge is an advantage

• A warm and humorous basic attitude

• Enjoyment of diverse challenges

• Good German language skills, spoken and written
