For the implementation of exciting construction projects, we are looking for a committed individual at the IBBern location immediately or by arrangement as
In your new role, you will be responsible for leading, monitoring, and managing the entire planning and construction process as overall architect manager or overall general planner manager. You will support your team colleagues with your experience and ensure timely, quality, and cost-compliant order and project execution. As a reliable contact person, you will proactively and solution-oriented address the diverse needs and demands of all project participants and align these with the interests of the client as well as the company’s objectives.
We expect from you:
Completed architecture degree or equivalent qualification
Several years of experience as overall manager / project manager according to SIA in Switzerland
Confidence in handling scheduling and cost situations in projects
Strong organisational skills as well as a structured and methodical working style
Business and service-oriented thinking and acting
High social competence, negotiation skills, and excellent communication abilities
Good German language skills; knowledge of other national languages and English is an advantage
