Tasks

• You accompany people during the night and assist them with mobility, personal care, toilet visits and food intake
• You observe the health condition and carefully document any changes
• You ensure safety and well-being
• You plan and prioritise your tasks independently
• You adhere to hygiene standards and protective measures

Profile

• You have completed training in nursing or hold a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have experience in nursing or working with elderly people
• You possess knowledge in basic care, observation and documentation
• You work independently, in a structured and efficient manner
• You bring empathy, professionalism and team spirit
• You handle conflicts constructively, are open to criticism and discreet
• You have good German language skills
