Do you want to take on leadership responsibility while working closely with people? At WohnAutonom, the outpatient residential coaching of the University Psychiatric Centre Bern (UPZ), you combine team leadership with outreach psychiatric work in the personal living and life environment of our users. Together with your team, you support people with a mental illness in strengthening their independence and sustainably improving their quality of life. You organise your working day independently, lead your team professionally and organisationally, and work closely with internal and external specialists. An exciting role awaits you with plenty of personal responsibility, scope for creativity, and a committed multiprofessional team.

Your tasks

• You lead team meetings and support your team professionally and organisationally in daily work
• You participate in higher-level management meetings and actively contribute your perspective
• You accompany people in their personal living and life environment
• You work closely with the multiprofessional team as well as external specialist agencies and contacts and maintain a sustainable network
• You document progress, record services, and reliably complete administrative tasks
• You contribute to the induction of new employees and students as well as to public relations work

Your profile

• You have training or a degree in the social or nursing field (HF/FH), for example in social pedagogy, social work, or as a nursing specialist
• You bring leadership experience or experience in managing employees or specialist teams
• Ideally, you have professional experience in the psychiatric field as well as further training in leadership or team management
• You work independently, organise your working day in a structured way, and like to take responsibility
• You convince with appreciative communication, team spirit, and a solution-oriented working style
• You hold a category B driving licence
